It's unfortunately become rathre common and trendy, BUT it's still a good name and I'd just leave it as
Zoe to avoid confusion... I think
Zoe Vanessa is a beautiful combo and my favourite
Zoe combo... Though I'd use Ikue
Vanessa because of the Jpns. thing...
I'd take
Zoe over
Chloe,
Phoebe or
Daphne any day.
Elissa is a nice name on its own, but
Zoe doesn't flow into it well.
Zoe Annabelle is kinda pretty even though I'm generally not so fond of
Annabelle...
Zoe Anneliese would also sound nice.

Zoe is it's short enough it can easily be turned into a double name to distinguish her from other Zoes if you like.
