It makes me think of the word "HAD" ... as in, "you've been had"
I think it's trendy. The sounds - the ad like Addison, the adl like Adelyn, the ley like a bazillion other names. And I have the same sort of image of it as Dracotorix - mean rich girl. So it's nms.
But I don't think it's horrible. It wouldn't feel silly to call a girl Hadley.
