Kateri is my favorite, although that's a native form of a European name (Katharine) so I don't know if that counts. And I've always loved Tallulah, although again my European heritage pulls me more toward the Talulla spelling.
That said, there are some gorgeous Native American names that don't overlap. Chenoa ("shen-O-uh"), Winona and Sora come to mind for girls. And I've used Shenandoah as a GP mn before (Ruth Shenandoah). I don't know any for boys, sorry.
