I always thought they'd be ANZ-lee (Ansley) and AINZ-lee (Ainsley, Aynsley). It just says here that Ainsley is a variant of Ansley (or the other way around) which confuses me a little.

I graduated from high school with a male Ansley. He pronounced his name ANZ-lee.
