Well, whatever you do do NOT make them sound alike. Twins have to deal with sharing the same birthday, toys, etc. If they are identical, they even have to deal with looking the same. And people will always be telling them how cool it is that they're twins--it gets old real fast. So, make the names different. And just pick two that you like! If you go to the top of this page and click on the large text that says BEHIND THE NAME, the main page has links to a lot of name. I also like NameNerds.com
A few that I like (and these are all for girls) are Ophelia, Lilith, Daffodil, Lilia, Piper, Ursula, Usagi, and Annabel.
