My first instinct woul be CAT-uh-line, with CAT-uh-leen my second guess. KATE-lyn would not occur to me.
I know a Caitlin, a Caitlan (yes, really) and a Katelynn. I really dislike all spellings of the name, but if I had to pick I guess I'd go with Katelyn.
