I'd say Cassie-a. I could also be easily trained to say Cash-a or Cass-ya.
I think KAH-sha is pretty but I think it would sound stuckup and stilted where I live (US), unless the person spoke with a foreign accent. Maybe in the UK that prn would be fine.
