I'd probably go with Tighe. I knew a Tyg once, but I think his name was short for Tiger. I think if you put an "e" in it anywhere, it looks like it should be TEEG.The traditional anglicization of the name is Teague, but this is pronounced either TAIG or TEEG, which aren't really the right pronunciation. =====
