I was hoping that Aili was pronounced EYE-lee. :-) It's a beautiful name. Hopefully, the Aili in this thread pronounces her name that way too. I'm not sure where she is from, but the BAs are all from the U.S. That doesn't meant that she isn't originally from Finland, Sweden, or elsewhere, or have some sort of Scandinavian background, though.
