I'm Welsh, I'd pronounce the Welsh ones roughly like this:
Arthfael = ARTH vile
Bedivere = BED ee veer (this isn't Welsh, that's how it's generally pronounced in English afaik.)
Cadeyrn = CAD airn
Caradoc / Caradog - ca ra doc /dog
Ceridwen = keh RID wen
Taliesin = tally ESS in
Peredur = peh RED ear
Elisedd = ELLIE seth
Cynwrig = cun oo rig
Gwrtheyrn - goor thairn
The only one of those I've seen in use on actual Welsh people is Taliesin, which I like a lot. The others are not really my cup of tea.
