Both look good to me, but I pronounce them differently. Kierra = kee-AIR-uh (like Sierra with a K) and Kiara = kee-AR-uh (middle syllable rhymes with car).
If they're both supposed to be kee-AIR-uh, I'd go with Kierra.
If they're both supposed to be kee-AIR-uh, I'd go with Kierra.
