romansch/swiss: ursina (f.) - little bear, urs (m.) - bear (similar to ursula)romansch: linard (m.) - lion ( the "i" is pronounced like in "spinning" and not like in "iowa")
old german version: lennard. those are abbreviations of leonhard (means "hard lion"). scandinavian: arvid (m.) - eaglearamaic: tabitha (or the latin translation: tabea) (f.) - gazellehebrew: rachel (f.) - ewe there also others like bernhard, bruno, leopold, wolfgang, björn which i guess sound weird in english ;)
