Hey! My name is Alisa. So I can give you inside knowledge :-)
Yes, my name gets mistaken for Alyssa (and Alisha) all the time, but it doesn't really bother me. I prefer the sound of Alisa to either of the others, so I'm glad that's what I ended up with. I don't think Elisa is a common enough name to get confused with.
My middle name is Erin, but I think the combo is too short - Alisa Erin. It's quite abrupt. I'd prefer a longer middle name, and in fact, I used to pretend that my middle name was Elizabeth when I was younger. I really like the flow of Alisa Elizabeth.

Hmm...it's harder than I would have thought to come up with new combos for my own name. I guess I'm not as open minded when I've been hearing the same thing my whole life!
