I was also surprided by Minori, because it really is a Japanese name, not Finnish ( http://www.behindthename.com/submit/name/minori ). It would be interesting to know the story behind Minori, since the parents seem to be all Finnish.

Kaisu is a feminine name, a diminutive of Katariina/ Katherine. However, a form Kaisa is used more often.

Pihla is derived from pihlaja, which means rowan tree in Finnish :)
