Orphan Black is where I first really became aware of the name Cosima and started loving it. Agree it is an amazing show!
I like the sound/flow of Cosima Faith but it does feel like it doesn't entirely 'click' for me and that is probably due to Faith's filler status.
From your suggestions I like:

Cosima Belle
Cosima Beth
Cosima Freya
Cosima Penelope
Cosima Fawn
