Can I just say that while I would be more likely to use Josephine, I'd opt for the spelling Josefina over Josephina, which strikes me as heavy. Josefina is spritely and the f makes it look slender and elegant. I also like Josefine (Danish).
The same goes for Serafina v Seraphina for me.
I have long admired the combo Josefina Elisabeth.
Ada Josephine is lovely.
