I like it. I can remember thinking that
Nancy and
Nina would be good names for twins! Of course, I was very young at the time. Now, it's one of the few 2-syllable-ending-in-a names I enjoy.
Nina,
Dinah,
Laura,
Tessa ... that's about it.
Nice thing about
Nina is, it really doesn't shorten to anything. Which is good, because I like it much better than
Ninette.
