I think they will use
Alice. It falls into the same category as
Charlotte, classic and popular. I don't see them using
Matilda. I know it's more popular now, especially in the UK and Australia, but it still seems too offbeat and edgy for them to use.
Helena might be a possibility as well, or
Victoria.
I would like them to go with
Mary or
Rose. A
Princess Rose would be so lovely and
Queen Elizabeth's sister is named
Margaret Rose. Not sure if they are allowed to use this but I guess as this is the third child and second daughter they might be able to get a bit more creative. I also like
Eleanor.
I don't think they would use
Louise,
Philippa,
Alexandra (seems so 80s now),
Emily (90s),
Alberta,
Caroline,
Harold or
Sophia.
For a boy I'd like
Richard,
Edward,
David or
Leopold. Or
Arthur! But I think
David is not going to happen (
King David) even though it is unlikely he will ever be king.
Cecily would be nice for a daughter, that hasn't been used in ages!
I would love:
