No, it's not cute at all. Twins are still separate people and most twins go on to live adult lives that are no different from, and no closer than, the lives of average non-twin siblings. It's like a label and an expectation from birth. I know that some twins feel a special connection with their twin, but others don't. Match-y or rhyming names seems to be forcing the idea that being a twin will always be a huge part of their identity and it may not be and they should decide that for themselves. I wouldn't like having a name that I knew was chosen because it made a cute part of a set instead of being chosen specifically for me alone.

Lyra. I just like them better than
