It is so hard to decide!
If I read It in Italian they would be:
Ciara - CHA-ra
Kyra - KEE-ra
But I dislike them because I know that they are incorrect.
I dislike the form kee-AH-ra for
Ciara because It is too similar to
Chiara.
I also dislike the pr. kee-ra because
Kira is better imo.
So I would change the spelling: from
Ciara to
Kiera (KYE-ra with the same meaning/origin of course).
I pronounce
Kyra as KIE-ra because I take It as English feminine of
Cyrus so..same sound.
