Vivian and Jabril used Vivian’s mother’s initials to honor her with their daughter’s name Isra – Idony Ruth Avra Sherburn, an Arabic name they loved. They chose Zahra meaning “flower/fleur” as her middle name in a nod to Vivian’s floral middle name.
