Katrina is my choice. I know Catriona is legit, but the spelling doesn't look like it, and the name isn't pronounced the way it's spelled, and unles you live in Scotland and speak Gaelic, using Catriona seems pretentious.
Kitty is okay, but it's like Ginger; not everyone can wear it well. If Katrina needs a nn I'd pick Trina.
