I pronounce Calanthe as ca-lan-thee and Diantha as die-an-tha. I prefer Calanthe due to the sound and I think it is softer and prettier (softness is not always a requirement for girl names though). I find Diantha to be harsh and unattractive, and I don't like the "die" sound at the beginning.
