It's my least favorite of the Juli- names, primarily because it seems like a combination of Julie and Anne, and I generally dislike "combination" names. But it is hardly a bad name on its own. (It's also the name of my favorite actress, Julianne Moore.)
Juliana, on the other hand, is among my favorite names.
