does, in fact, mean "moon" - as it is an alternate transcription of
Lusine
.

Looking at this:
I prefer the spelling
Lusine
. That said - most Americans would pronounce it loo-sine, instead of lu-see-nah. The latter is beautiful, but it would require a lot of explanations in the US. I'm not sure where
Ciara
is from.
