I would say nah-YAH-ra. It's pretty but also kind of bland and boring. Naiara sounds like a random arrangements of pretty sounds, kind of like Eliana or Eliora. Not bad but not enough substance for me. I quite like Naia which I find has a bit more personality though it is also a bit bland.
