Well, Sabrina Lily is a combo I could easily see myself using on a daughter in the future, so of course I love it. It would make sense for Sabrina's twin to have a flower middle name, as well.
But I don't see Charlotte & Sabrina as twins. Charlotte is far softer and less elaborate. Caroline would make more sense.
