Isabel is better than Isabelle / Isabella
Eleanor is better than Elinor.
I think I prefer Eleanor because even though both names are overdone, I'd rather another Nora than another Bella/Ella.

I wouldn't call her Nora or Bella or Ella and I don't think it is likely that other people would.
