I think it's a cute sound, but I prefer the meaning of similar sounding Tulsi.
Dulcie seems too much like Honey (I have met a Honey IRL, and I actually felt reluctant to use her name - 1st time that's ever happened). It'd probably seem less awkward (and more usable) if I didn't anticipate people around me being familiar with Spanish.
