I really like both names and your combos are perfect. The only issue is the popularity. I know two sibsets of sisters named Emily and Sophie just in my 90-student school. However, if you don't mind your daughters being called Emily and Sophie B (or whatever their last initial happens to be) throughout their education, go for it. They're good names.
