I have issues with the hillbilly stereotype, but this seems excessive even among a hillbilly demographic.
I have no issues with Sue Ellen if it's a name someone goes by - I think Susanna Eleanor might be a pretty combo and Sue Ellen might be a good nickname - but as a given name, Sue or Lou are not complete.
