I think I just think it’s stuffy because it sounds like the word stuffy haha. It’s definitely a friendly name, all the Stephanies I’ve known have been nice. I kind of doubt it was used for honoring purposes, I know Sammy was named just because they liked it. These parents were born in the early 90s, maybe late 80s. I don’t know her middle name unfortunately :( I’m curious too!
