A single copy is on Amazon, but Cleveland Kent Evans, PhD, is listed as Ph.D. Cleveland Kent Evans and"the" is misspelled in the description. There are also several stores with new or used copies on Abe Books from $1.99 to $84.76. Some of them even have your name and honorific correct.
