I do not like them. I want to say "Why not Quinn?"
I know a Quinn whose mom called her Quinnie affectionately. No one else did. I doubt she would ever introduce herself as Quinnie. I think it sounds kind of frivolous and artifically familiar or childish. Like Krissy for Kristen. Also the sound of Quinnie is too much like whinny and I find it unappealing.
