I chose Caroline for my first daughter; don't like the others much at all.
The sound is repeated but not the spelling? Or could Kathleen be Cathleen? Matching initials must surely have caused problems at some point; perhaps if those were really the parents' favourite names, they (or one or two of them at least) could have been mns.
I really don't enjoy matching initials. My friend comes from a family which gave all the kids A names. When she married, she bravely named her son a (thoroughly unattractive!) B name, but then she lost her nerve and has two daughters, Abigail and Alexandra.
