My least favorite are misspellings of actual words. There are a few well established exceptions like Brooke or Scarlett, but stuff like Jream and Destinee make my skin crawl.
Also “tryndee” spellings of names like Emmaleigh or Jaedynn, especially if the main reason why the parents chose the spelling was to be different.
