I don't think I've noticed an up-tick in the use of Lynn but I do noticed people have been sticking it on more names it hasn't been previously combined with. Leigh I think is because -Ley started seeming too common and they wanted something that seemed more unique. Too bad it's been gotten so much use that it's basically become kind of a meme. it'll probably fall out of fashion for a while.
