Probably just sounds like an old guy named to some people at the moment. I'm sure it'll see a resurgence at some point like some other "old people" names have. It's otherwise refined sounding. Doug reminds me of the cartoon character, which isn't a bad thing. Not sure I like Dougie, but that's likely a me problem.
