I love the name Neil. It's simple, yet kinda spunky and adorable. Incidentally, it's the first name of my teenage idol (who was a bit of a hero to me), the author Neil Gaiman. I also associate it with Neil the depressed hippie from the Young Ones :)
Out of your combos, I like Neil Christian and Leopold Neil the best.
