I've seen Jayvinn and Javen--both pronounced JAY-ven--on two baby boys lately. It's horribly made-up and unattractive imo.
Bailey would be ok for a boy. I prefer it for a boy than for a girl. But if her mn was spelled Bailee (which seems unlikely) then I can see spelling it this way, but I think I'd have put it in the mn as he'll likely be mistaken for a girl with this spelling. :( Raywilliam is just ridiculous, imo.
