Ilove the name Eve. I AGREE IT IS AN ALL TIME FAVORTIE OF MINE. IT'S MY #1 RIGHT NOW.
My cousin's daughter's name is Evie. ISN'T THAT TERRIBLE. I HATE IT WHEN SOMEONE CLOSE TO YOU HAS USED A NAME. IT ALMOST MAKES IT FEEL AS THOUGH IT CAN'T BE USED.
Do you think it would better if I used the name Evangeline, Evelina, or Evelyn and called her Eve? Or do you think it would be okay to use the name Eve by itself? WELL IN MY OPIONION EVIE AND EVE LOOK VERY SIMILAR BUT SOUND DIFFERENT. I THINK IT WOULD BE OKAY TO CALL HER EVE IF THAT IS THE NAME YOU REALLY LOVE, INSTEAD OF TRYING TO MASK YOUR LOVE FOR THE NAME BY USING IT AS A NICKNAME.
GO FOR IT! Just a side note I love Eve best then Evangeline, Evelyn, Evelina. However another option for you is Genevieve (love this name)
