I used to know a Peri (or maybe her name was spelled Perri). I think that it's an ok name, but it seems kind of dated especially with the "i" ending. I automatically think of the 60s-80s when I see names that normally don't end in "i" spelled this way (ex. Kelli and Kerri). I would just go with the spelling Perry. It looks more professional than Peri does.
