Banjo isnt so bad as in Australia there is a famous poet A.B. 'Banjo' Patterson and since Rachel Griffiths is Australian I assume she named her child after him. There is a musician here in Australia, John Butler, who named his daughter Banjo after AB Patterson.

Yeah he was named after "Banjo" Patterson, because they wanted a very Australian name, they were joking around about using Gough after Gough Whitlam
