The past five years have been very stressful, but such a blessing, not one or two children were born but eight (8)!
I don't know where to start.
First of all, Connor and Brighid had their fourth child, a little girl called Rebecca Fiona Aglaia Sophie. As Brighid is already 38 and they are both busy with the farm and their four children we don't think they will have any more. Willa and Rebecca love to play together.
Then, only a few months after giving birth to baby Willa I was shocked to find out I was pregnant. We weren't even sure we wanted any more children, especially not so soon after the last. But after talking it through we decided we wanted one more, maybe even a boy for Birk to play with. can you imagine our surprise when we found out it was twins, only 2 months before they were born?!
Ronja and Birk were extatic, but I wasn't so sure. How should I cope with a 6 year old Ronja, 3 year old Birk, 11 month old Willa and two new born babies? Luckily Tierney's fiancée Clarissa said she would help me with the children.
I gave birth to two lovely boys who we named Marten Maximilian and Jannes Finn. It was a very though time, but we got through it with the help of our families.
Just when we thought we had gotten used to 5 kids it hit us again. When Marten and Jannes were 2 years old I noticed my body changing again. After being pregnant four times I realiesed it quite early and when straight to my gynaecologist. And he confirmed that I was pregnant again. This time, it didn't all go so well, I had to lie from the fourth month on as - help us! - we were having twins again!
By that time, I just hoped we were over with having children!
I don't know what we had done without Clarissa...
Ronja was great, she often kept Birk and Willa busy whilst Clarissa was out with Marten and Jannes.
After an emergancy caeserian after 7 1/2 month Pia Ann and Stella Nora were born.
Now, a year after their birth we are all healthy and fit again. Ronja, Birk and Willa are old enough to go to school and play on their own and Marten and Jannes can play on together too. Only two kids with nappies to change now!
But this year it was Grainne and Davdas' year for babies. And guess what? It was also twins! They had been hoping for more children after the birth of the twins Frannie and Bonnie 6 years ago, but only succeded this year after two miscarriges. They named their beatuiful children Amira Hazal Pradnya Anandhita and Fynn Kilian Leander Marvin.
Also, there has been news from Sweden, Stina and Jan-Olle also had a child, another son and brother for Sinason and Eli-Marti, his name is Oscar-Lillebror Nik Levon and looks exactly like Stina.
We can't wait to see how the next years go!
