Good point, Selwyn . I've heard many people say to avoid tea, chocolate, dark carbonated soft drinks, even beer - you name it.
But my kidney doctor says if you're gonna get stones, you're gonna get em, especially where I live. It's a part of the US that's very rocky -- limestone everywhere under very thin soil, and that means calcium in the drinking water. Dr. Desai says there's nowhere in the world worse for kidney stones than this part of the South.
So I'll stick with drinking beer. Maybe the water in THAT is from someplace healthier. Cheers!
