I've already got a utility which tells me which names are missing from the database based on the SSA lists. The database currently contains at least all of the top 300 names for each year in both genders. It is nearly top 500 compliant!

Yes, but the SSA lists I've got go beyond the "Top 1,000" lists which are on the SSA website. If you'd like I can send 'em to you.
I doubt that you'd want to include all the names in the database, anyway. I think the top 300 names pretty much covers all the significant ones, anyway.
