Rakel is the Swedish name for Rachel in English. How would Rakel be pronounced in English?

I don't understand what you mean, really, but
Rakel
is pr. RAH-kel in Swedish and
Rachel
is pr. RAY-chul.

Thank you. I meant to say, how would
Rakel
be pronounced in Swedish (not English). My mistake.
