Help[Opinions] Nimue and pronounciation?
hey all,
I came across the name Nimue again, and i love it. But looking at the pronounciation (NIM-oo-ay), i immediately think of the lion king song: "a nim oo ay, a nim oo ay, in the jungle, the mighty jungle..", etc etc. This made me laugh, but now i can't think about Nimue without singing the damn song! *grr* Do you think a child will be teased because of it? What do you think about the name itself?
(also, a commercial with that song as a theme, won the first prize in our annual (sp.?) competition for best commercial, so that doesn't help!)

I alo like Nimue. It's pretty, rare, superb. Don't worry about the song, noone will associate the two. You're just overly sensitive because you like the name, and it's perfectly normal...
