[Games] Re: caf 1950's names
The mother and father would probably be in their late 30s (35 to 40 years old) if their first child is 18 because in those days most people married and had kids in their late teens and early 20s. If they're 40 to 35 in the year 1950, they were born from 1910 to 1915. So look at the list of most popular names for births in the U.S. in the 1910s (http://behindthename.com/top/lists/100us1910s.html). As for the 18-year-old daughter, she was born in 1932. The list of most popular names in the 1930s is here: http://behindthename.com/top/lists/100us1930s.html. The 15-year-old twin daughters and the 12-year-old son were also born in the 30s (the girls in 1935, the boy in 1938), so use that same list for their names as well. However, the 9-year-old daughter was born in 1941 and the 5-year-old son in 1945, so go to http://behindthename.com/top/lists/100us1940s.html for their names.(Of course you don't have to use names that were popular at that time, but I think it would make it more realistic.)LN: Atkinson
