I love Madeline, said that way only. It's popular, but not hideously trendy, and it's a legit female name. Maddie is a cute occasional nickname, but it's a bit overdone and reeks of Madison. If your mom gets it mixed up with Natalie, it might not be a good idea to use, though.Edit: forgot a rather important word
